A combination of calcium and magnesium in highly bioavailable forms, providing a 1:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium, providing 50mg Calcium and 51mg Magnesium per capsule. Calcium and Magnesium may compete for absorption in the intestine at doses of over 250mg so a daily intake of 1 capsule per day is preferable.
